Hey You

You look like a baby eating prunes.
Eyes all squinched
And mouth puckered,
Waiting for the hurt.

Do I scare you?
Or look that mean?

Let me try
to be more loving,
let me show you
how much i care.
I don't claim to know
All there is to know.
When it comes to love,
I'm learning as i go!

You teach me,
I'll teach you.
We can pass this test
And all the rest!
