Hey Grandma Thank You

hey grandma, i want you to know that you surely know im still here below i will never forget the lonely nights when you were there to turn off the lights you lived through the holocaust how many peices of your heart did that cost? you looked up in the bright blue sky when the ones around you died you were very strong and brave the times it was food you crave you took a deep breathe and shut your eyes wishing time would just fly by letting go of all you know going to bed with dead ones below just thinking in your mind oh why, cant i just go blind seeing the dead all around and people hitting the cold ground the "angel of death" looks from afar waiting for new twins to tear apart why did you have to leave and left me these tears of grief i wanted to know more of the life you lived behind hells doors
