Hey

Hey
Hey, girl , you had it all
 Beauty and Talent
 Gradually rising to fame
 Whatever went wrong
 It was not God's Plan
 To bring you down
And you know that is true
So why do you do what you do
Hey, Mary Jane is not your friend
 Nor will the alcohol mend
 A broken heart
 Such substances will send
You to the Land of Misery
 Hey, girl can't you see
 It is time to ascend
It is time to let go
 Yes I am old
Forgive me if I am bold
Hey, I feel I must say
 It is not too late
 To give up the regrets
God hasn't given up on you yet
