Hero Lost But Found
Hero Lost But Found
In shadows cast by memories of pain,
A lonely soul entreats the night's domain.
"I need a hero," she cries out, raw and real,
To vanquish ghosts and heal the wounds concealed.
With gentile strength to lift my battered wings,
And guide me safely through life's treacherous rings.
No longer can I face this path alone,
My spirit weary, barely keeping afloat.
See beyond the mask I wear,
The armor plating fear and care.
Hold me close when demons prowl,
Your steady presence calms my soul.
Be my shelter from life's harsh gales,
Where I may find my peaceful refrains.
Stand tall beside me, hand in hand,
Together facing whatever land.
