Heres To the Boys

Here’s to the boys I once knew
When we stood together and saw it through
Where I laughed and joked with each one
As we gathered together when it was done

And they live in my thoughts how they once were
Young and alive and quite a stir
For I didn’t know then the times were the best
And to remember it all was so good to attest.
