Notes About The Poem

Here lies a true genius Vincent Van Gogh
Severed his left ear why we'll never know
Sight of the swirl stars always drew him dream
Behind asylum bars view morning beam

His life an enigma wrapped in a riddle, nicely depicted in this epitaph, Eve. :) gw

I think he was simply trying to see if he could still feel pain. Beautiful write in honor of an artist I relate to in all ways, Eve.

A true genius for sure Eve, I'm sure people who are real geniuses border on insanity. Good luck. Tom.
