Here I Sit
Here I sit with my head hanging down
Looking silently at the marveled floor
No one around to make any sound
There are no windows, not even a door
There is no need for me to shout
In this lonely, cold, and dry place
It would be worthless for me to pout
Since I won't be heard in space
No one will come to let me go
Since my cell has floated far
I know I have sunken very low
To be sent among every star
I know I will never be free
Because darkness is all I see
