Here Come the Tears

Here come the tears again, Crying comes so easily
 now that you are gone..
We take so much of life for grant it
with days and nights passing as though they have no end.
Age we do and time passes far too quickly
as sickness, sadness, and trouble darkens our lives
and our eyes are finally opened in recognition.
Time moves on, taking life away
and then the crying comes, welling up tears
and the lonely emptiness is here.
And here I am lost, alone and crying
  without you.
