Her morning visit

The morning breathes... a quiet prayer, pink petals drifting through the air.

I sit and watch from inside, through the window, staring out onto the front yard, waiting to start the day. No lens can hold the light you bring the sacred grace upon your wing.

You cannot hide, you cannot stay yet you return... through all the day.

A silent spark... from somewhere high, a breath of heaven floating by. You touch the bloom, so soft, so free a moment shared... just you and me.

My heavy heart begins to rise,To meet the joy within your skies.
You drift away upon the breeze and leave your peace... among the trees.

My soul is thankful blessed beyond words, who knew a simple blessing would come in shape and forms of a butterfly.

God must have heard my prayer, for He sent me a swallowtail, a monarch butterfly, it only goes to show, how He reminds us of His undying love, he is never far from our Souls, He meets us in our mess, Mom I know your there, seated with our Mighty Savior.

One day we will see each other once again, for my Soul yearns to see HIM face to face..
