her mantra is I am fine
Her mantra is “I am fine”
She learned at an early age to neither gripe or whine.
sharing your feelings is not done said her mother.
She knew better than to have them, one way or another.
I am fine is what she told people when inside she was crying.
The smile of her face gave them no idea she was totally lying.
She kept her feelings inside until her body had a complete breakdown.
She still says “I’m fine” all over town.
