Her Infidelity

Something's wrong it's been this way for far to long she act's like nothing's wrong same old sad song I love her so much you can understand why it hurts when she carries on like such. I look in her eyes and see no remorse this pain i feel is taking it's course, who is this other man who's taking my dear wife my very way of life oh god did she even put up a fight was i not enough i know sometimes things get tough. To get personal it's been so long since we had an intimate moment and when we do it's a horrible dealing it's like to my touch she has no feeling. For all these years and to now know that my worst fears have come true, i must confront her i want to hear her say it gosh this agony will not go away. A cold winter night she comes home late her excuse a long dinner date, there i set glass of wine in hand it's easier to take bad news a bit under the influence. I stare a hole right through her the kind that bares your soul i speak "So another long night'. She replies " As always', should i start by saying for months i smelled him on her clothes oh that bastard i have loath. I guess I'll come out and say it no need to beat the bush, I say to her "My love did you really think in me you could make a fool of i know you've been lying and cheating and the time you been spending in the arms of some other man'. Time to stop the game how could you do you have no shame after all this time you must be one cold hearted dame'. She looks at me expression so very empty then she speaks, " So you found me out i have no explanation just surprised really in this i get a rise, funny isn't it your love i will never miss. Dead our marriage has been if you want to know her name is Gwen'. Cole Hodson copyright (c) 2006
