Her Heaven

Her Heaven

When she was a little girl
She was told of distant lands
Princes and princesses
Lived in magical lands
Where unicorns roamed the forests
The skies were always blue
Flowers bloomed in every color
And the air always smelled of lilac
A century later that same girl lies on a bed
Fighting for another moment of life
But when her time comes
She steps into another world
The one her mother told her about.
Not an imaginary fairy tale land
Her mother told her of a Heaven
That she created just for her
