Her First Rainbow
Glimpse of radiance
maneuvering through her dark heart.
Rejuvenating.
Resuscitating.
Giving life and joy.
Radiance like a woman
swaying around her garden,
crowded with flowers.
It breaks through.
Glows so bright
It reminds her of the sun.
