Her Fear

Her voiced whispered

can you here her tears

her heart beating hard

knowing she was ready

to face her fear

lonely is a darkened lane.

Where is this place so dark so deep

not knowing whats ahead

every step slower than the last

till a stillness

her breath slow

her hands shaking.

In a space of want to shut down

and let today pass without my participation

Only too meet him face too face

feeling that fear

now it slips away

taking soft hands

placing them on her face

his grace embraces her

no fear of darkness

a light thats shining

so clear

now his lips touching hers

sweet tender arms caresses

her light has shone for want of whole

her one.
