Thanks for stopping by my work "Summer's Perfume"..It was a memory about a dear aunt whom is now deceased..Love the humor of this one..Yes, my husband would be out or get up if I started reading poetry but then again I have read something that was funny penned by someone famous and he listened and liked it..Thanks again for the kind reveiw..Maybe you could write a very humorous one and keep his attention..Sara

Very funny Kathy and thanks for your comment. Tell your granddaughter to Google JOSIE'S POEMS and there are lots and lots of poems for children. Please tell her to tell her teacher. I'll also put some more centipede poems on here for her. Say hello in my guestbook.

kathy, click on 'contest by members' on the left side, scroll down to my name 3rd or 4th i think, then read rules ,not too strict, write a poem then post and enter contest, good luck and have fun..David
