Help Me Survive
I wish I was with you, I wish I could see,
No tears, no pain, my heart could feel free,
I stare at your picture and ask God why,
I must endure this kind of life,
The selfish, the pride, the heartless remarks,
Why must I always feel different, y do I give so much,
Am I not worthy enough after all this time,
To be with you after I gave my whole life,
Every intention I've had was always for good,
I've been attacked from every angle, the worst of the worst,
When is enough enough, Lord please see,
My heart is so tired, I give all of me,
I cry out in anguish, please help me survive,
Give me a set of brand new eyes,
And when my heart gets tired, renew my strength,
If you must keep me here until that day.
