the yogurt curry rice
to compliment the birdy brunch.
the ribeye, monkfish and shrimp combo
is surf and turf for those who love differances.
both fried and broiled, or grill fish.
It's beleived they used crushed cheetos in the deepfried batter.
Sliced fried chip like features.
The Atta Bouis Royale
--------------------------------
sweet potatoes and white potatoes freid crisp
layed and cooled.
in a pot add, 3 tablespoons of brandy
1 block of cream cheese

1/2 block of fete
2 cans of drained and dried spinach
2 Tavblespoons of cayeneene

1/4 cup of ranch dressing
minced garlic
mined onions
1 teaspoon of anchovie paste
3 tablespoon of hony
lemon juice
1 teaspoon of vinager
in a bowl mix 2 egg yolks
1/4 cup of hgeavy cream
1 teaspoon of mace
1 teasppon of ginger powder
6 slices of candied ginger minced

1 teaspoon of soy sauce
let mixture melt both cheeses mix smooth
 cover potatoes and broil
 with a like mozzeroli topping.
