Hello Supernova

Hi.

To those who missed me
And to those who forgot
It's been long but hey
Shouldn't it be better if I stayed?

If you knew my poems
You'd know me.
But if you only read this now
You'd be happy somehow

I found how easy to speak where you come from
but hard to say where you're going
Looking back always turned to a mess
But life's a game of chess

I realized I can't count tears
But I can remember years
The suffering and delight
The fearlessness and fright

Glass half full, half empty
But never was it steady
The hello's vs. goodbyes
The truths and lies

We all tried to understand why
We end up not wanting to try
We thought we've been left alone
But its really us who first have gone.

Should we be going or faltering?
Did the past ever helped the future?
Is your present more mature?
Is all of these worth the tour?

I guess my today is something for tomorrow
But my tomorrow is not defined by yesterday.
My yesterday is a cry.
Today is Hi, tomorrow's not a goodbye.
