Hello Momma

Hello Momma?
How are you
I can feel you so near
It’s when I’m looking in the mirror
Or smiling all alone
Hello Momma
I see you in the wind Momma
I feel you in the butterflies
And the sun
I wish you could appear Momma
The world’s so empty without you here
But when I close my eyes in peace
It’s as if you’re holding me gently
And as I’m lost for speech
I envision the world you must be in
Swimming in colours so bright
You have to shut your eyes
In order to survive this light
Where have you slipped to?
Hello Momma
