Hello

Hello
Do you hear me ?
Do you hear what I say ?
Do you understand my logic ?
Of how games people play
Do you ever wonder
Why people live and die ?
Have you ever helped the homeless ?
Or seen a child cry ?
Ever looked into sorrow
And seen emptiness
Have you looked into tomorrow
And cared less and less
I say this to you
And hope you will confess
To the feelings that I have
For people everywhere
And to say one simple thing..........
I care

Eric (and sometimes not)

Well, Eric (and sometimes not), most of us go through like just making this day and the next. Are we basically selfish? Yes, we are. But even those of us who are selfish (by that I men someone who wants to better himself) go out of our way at times to be compassionate. Of course there are those who spend their lives helping the down trodden. Between the two I doubt it balances out, but there is compassion to be seen.

Thank you Tyesha for your feedback it means more to me than you know. I really am glad you liked it. Most of us have very little these days, but I find we are the most wealthy in spirit.

This is Awesome!! makes you really think about what people in the world are going through and to see just how truly blessed you are. I myself don't have a lot but I am always doing my best to help others as much as I can. Beautifully written!! God Bless You...Tyesha
