Hell Today

In my head
I make my life
Hell
the silent stabs of doubt
pierce my soul
the cold lonely thoughts embark
heavy on my shoulders
head down shoulders shrugged
heavy heart
my hell my cell my life
I create in my head
no one allowed in
to witness 
my hell
