Heavy 
My body 
Is bricks 
My breath 
Shallow 
I sink 
Deeper
Too Heavy 
For My legs
To hold Me
Thoughts 
Like a
Weighted blanket 
Trapped and 
Tingling
Too Heavy
Helplessly 
Sinking
