Heavenly Occupation

HEAVENLY OCCUPATION What I'll see and do in heaven will soon I know unfold, As I'm going home shortly and walk those streets of gold. `````````` I never learned to swim while living in this world, I would like to join the dolphins and view that underworld. `````````` I would like to go through forests and never have to fear The many wild animals-- those birds with me will cheer. `````````` The grass will never whither, the flowers will never die, And the friendships that we gather will never make us shy. `````````` Our love for man and beast will be a two-way street, As we pass and hug them our companionship is sweet. `````````` We can't imagine now what all God plans for us, When we visit other worlds and see how they've been blessed. `````````` Oh, friend, don't miss out on heaven for the faulty thrills of earth. Let's be changed into His likeness, truly know that second birth. `````````` Best of all we'll meet our Savior, Our Father who loves us all Will greet us in the throne room as on our knees we bow. `````````` Forever we will gather and know His love and peace, With our heavenly occupation, our joy will never cease. `````````` Copyright, Kathryn Search

Facing adversity helps soul to grow but then yes, in the realm of God’s love and light, in that singularity, we feel complete and are in a state of ineffable peace.
