Heavenly Himachal

Heavenly Himachal

Snow clad hills with sun's silver shine,
Whitened by moonlight like crest of waves,
Tree covered folds in the mountains,
Are like a gigantic crumpled velvet rug,
Soft and supple twigs hanging intertwined,

Turbulent rivers flow flawless through the heart,
Rains drizzle and seep deep into bones,
A gaze through a mist of fluffy clouds,
Smoky night sky and stars await twinkle,
Chilly breeze that preserves the smile,

God in every bit can be seen alive,
Alongside the serpentine path as you thrive,
Serenity to soul view from every angle grants,
Heavenly abode leaving never would you want,
Feel melody in heart and song in the air !

Dear Dr. Upma, Your description is magical! Wish I could visit this place to enjoy the snow and serenity you find there. It does sound like a "heavenly abode." Do you hear much about Yeti in this area? Best wishes in Charlotte's contest! Love, Carolyn

I often visit the Himalayan territories and always in search of their Gardener and have found him always, Dr. Upma.
