Heavenly Gain
God grants wondrous heavenly gain
Priceless, gracious eternal life*
Overcoming hell’s wrathful strife.
Precious gift causing Christ great pain
Sacrificing for mankind guilt
Instills pleasing faith midst doubts’ silt.
Freely flowing from divine reign
Wealth surpassing celestial cost
Enriches those who were once lost.
Reaching down to cleanse my sin stain
Offering love of pardon pack
The Lord blesses, I shall not lack.
Toward worship praise, never vain
I adore Him with grateful soul
Sharing the Gospel, my heart’s goal.
