Heavenly Dreams
Sometimes during the night
When thoughts come creeping
Into the wilderness of my mind.
I stare into the darkness
And
Glimpse a place that looks familiar
It is a place where I am happy
And my life is so full of joy
And totally uncomplicated.
In this place I am laying beside you,
You turn slowly and we kiss,
it is both warm and soft.
And I see tears in your beautiful dark eyes
And then you softly whisper,
I love you.
