Heaven To Me

An image is burned inside my soul,
A mark, an imprint stored within me forever more.

I close my eyes and see him there
His penetrating eyes, his silken hair,
His fragrance dulcet in the wild, night air.

He sings, his voice enchanting and sweet,
His arms stalwart, sweep me off my feet
His hands caress me, strong and discreet.

I feel his essence close in and surround me
He’s perfect, he’s magic, he sets me free
This man is everything I wish I could be

He opened my eyes and let me see.
He’s the one I love,
My angel from above.

He alone and forever shall be
My priceless divinity.
He is Heaven to me.
