Heaven Must Be Lovely

Heaven must be lovely
Having seen a flower grow—
The mountains, or a sweep of sea,
Do they not touch the soul?

The sunlight on a palm tree,
Or a swell of leafy green—
Heaven must be lovely,
Given all that I have seen!
