Heaven Is Now

Heaven is now

I saw the pope
Down by the river
He gave a wave and said
I can deliver

Don’t worship me
I think of heaven
In the realms
of seven

He turned around
To see her there
she ran her fingers
through her hair

Speaking in ways
That nobody knew
Or could believe
Or think was true

You have my trust
In the absolute
Give me your hand
Are you a prostitute

Tell me your thoughts
And ideas conceived
What you stand for
And things believed

Do you think
Of future things
Or believe
Your soul sings

Do you see
The army of men
Who believe
Death is the end

Or see the
Dead alive
in the way your
Soul thrives

Do you believe in
convention of man
Or think of
your own stand

That part
You ignore
Wonder what
It's for

Like a plane
In the sky
Tell yourself
Another lie

Music is
the dream
Your own
light beam

Never
Asks how
Cause
Heaven is now
