Heaven Bound Part 2
I see Grandma waiting at those shiny
Pearly Gates
I'm sure you'll see lots of excitement as we embrace.
Then she'll walk me down those streets of gold, too
Headed for that beautiful crystal sea
We may even be there for quite awhile
Lots of questions I need to have answered, too
Thank her for being a great example,
And giving the best advice that she knew.
There is still one special place I need to be
On top of the mountain, a cabin for me
The Lord knew that had always been my dream
He made sure it was built next to a stream.
When I finally arrive, I'll get to meet
My Savior Jesus, standing at my front door
This time there is not a long wait like before
Ran right over to Him, fell right at His feet
As I stand up, He opens the front door
IInside'sy family I lost before.
A place has been set at the table for me
What a wonderful reunion that will be.
On that table, a feast has been prepared
Be a lot of partying going on there.
That'll be the day life is more than fair
I'll feel more than just like a millionaire.
Then we'll sit down to relax by the stream
A choir of angels then being to sing
We too, join in praising Jesus, our King.
