Heaven

How beautiful the heavens must be
To allow so much light descend upon the earth
As it awakens the earth, allowing trees
To grow against gravity and reach back
To the heavens, from where the light comes

How beautiful the heavens must be
That so many pray to one day be greeted there
With welcoming arms from loved ones
As smiles broaden on the faces of those
Departed, but are then happy to have gone

How beautiful the heavens must be
To now be graced with your love and presence
As you have left this world, but had entered
In Heaven on a cloud created chariot
Racing for eternal peace and happiness
