Heat Wave (Tanka)

Loving this one again and wishing it were summer right NOW. YOu gotta get out of the house and go see Big short. It's really good. Up for an Oscar but I 'm sure that will be for Revenant.

Must agree that the heat of summer is really ruff in this stage of my life..I just sog to death when it is hot even inside in the ac..Great write..Glad that I chose this one to read..Have a great weekend..I am glad that you chose to read one of my writes today..Your comments brightened my day and inspired me to continue to write some more..Sara

good one...and so true!! We actually felt like walking at our new park in thomaston to day it is very nice with walking trails and a lake.

fall and spring are my favorite times.

How'd you like to live in heat nine months of the year, Daver? We go from a long summer to three brief months of "winter" in Florida. Come on down in early November and you can still fry that egg on the sidewalk! Enjoyed the humor in your double tanka, dear friend. Love, Carolyn
