It is going to be 110 degrees here the next four days, so it is familiar now. Sadly, rain is something we will not see for awhile. Thanks for the reminder Hank.

We seem to be having a fairly rainy summer here. I know you all need it to the west. My brother is coming up from Florida to travel with me to Mt. Rushmore. We'll be hitting the road about August 16. I hope it's a little cooler by then.

It is so sad that they have been hard hit by the hot and dry weather. It definitely needs a downpouring. Maybe we as Americans who believe in God need to be praying for relief for our fellowman and for our country. Thanks for your visit to my page. Sara
