Dear crazy totem twin, all I did was laugh till I cried (tears of freakin funny joy!) as I read each and every hilarious line you wrote.. haha! Ever think of doing stand-up? You would be amazing.. Lol!! Just make sure your new 'kites' are old enough to vote, my feline femme fatale friend ;) grrrrr lol! On top the pole, your speechlessness keeps me laughing.. Oh and I love this - 'Until next penned wisdom' - that appropriate sign off is a keeper lol! Lotsa love twin! :))

My dear twin lol that bulb blinded me it was so bright it was more of an aha aha aha aha women blink blink blind me moment lmao! But I look at it like this if those kites were lost then I was not meant to have or haha play with them! Lol! I would not want them back as who knows who else played with them lol! And I need to get me a new kite and stop taking old used ones thinking I can fix them and make them fly better! Oh my! Lmao! We know too much tape on a kite just drags a kite down not letting it fly! Hahahaha! Ah but a new one ..;) yes though some call that cougerish hahaha! Then so be it my friend grrrrrrrrr! Lmao! So I will wait till one comes of age hahahahaha ..yet have a tiny but of experience lol,! My so enlightening totem twin must be off to reply to more of our banter ...lol....you'd think on top the pole we would have ran out if things to say but hey my speachlessness( bigger word again lol) it may never happen)lol! Until next penned wisdom ...;)

Lol! And don't let me hear bout you losin any more kites, young lady! Haha! You crack me up, my friend :)) Thank you for the awesome and crazy comments, you light me up with smiles! There's definitely truth in that! Love monokus. Much wisdom in few words. This reminds me of a song I love by Keane - said something like, "Each heart is a paper kite blown around by the breeze, Love won't rest 'til it brings you to your knees" (: Always, Laura

Ohh yes Laura, I remember that band.. There's much truth in the lyrics you mention. Didn't Keane have a song called 'Somewhere Only We Know'? I love that song.. Haven't heard for a long time though. Thank you for your beautiful and enjoyable comments. I relish your lovely thoughts. Warmest wishes. ~Susan

Amazing Monoku Susan and yes you are so right, love nowadays with the present generation is like a kite, one has to be the expert navigator, too little string and you lose it, too much and you lose it also. Love this and a fave for the excellent delivery of words in just one line. Don't know how you do it my dear friend....Maria xxx

Well, it is also how you hold that string and how you concentrate on letting it flow smoothly and protecting it from the storm.. Great one liner Susan...

An excellent monoku heralded in by an equally apt title, Susan! As a child I flew kites on my grandfather's farm, in summer, especially. What you say is quite true; of course, pulling in the line too much can also be a risk:) ~ Warm regards // paul
