Heartfelt Purpose

Rewrote that note a thousand times,
Every time I go to send it,  I crumble and hide,
Intimidation shatters it's heartfelt purpose,
Knowing judgemental eyes will scan it and use it,
The embarrassment that means nothing to you,
I've allowed you to ridicule and abuse,
In hopes one day you will see,
I'm not just a message, or your prodigy,
Love will stand a distance, until the day,
You can take seriously the words that I say......
