Heartbroken Man

Do a friend a favor, come over here.
Stay a little later.
Keep my heart company.
Let my body show you
What my heart felt so long ago.
You don't have to stay,
Just stay long enough
To say hello - not goodbye.
Trust me for a moment.
A minute.
All that love I've invested,
There must be moments' worth
left to be returned
