Even good people are subject to negative, even dangerous thoughs, Russell. The fact that you recognize these feelings for what they is a good step toward dealing with them in a positive way. Indeed, the world can seem "heartless" at times, but we can't sacrifice our self-respect by acting on our emotions without careful thought. Enjoyed your choka! Love, Carolyn
