O..such a heart wrenching write..we can feel the pain and love and the red balloon....so many people have been claimed by untimely death in this corona time...

The reality is that of the mother The innocence is that of a child, What a dichotomy you portray here Jan, I have a memory of when my grandma died we lived with her, I was 3 years old, everyone was calling into the house and crying, I was told everything is ok, by my parents gran had gone to heaven and was with holy God, I remember thinking so why is everyone so sad, your poem brings it to mind cheers David

Thanks David I prefer humorous poems but this one was begging to be written and was inspired by seeing a red balloon caught in tree branches near the cemetery:-) hugs Jan xx
