Heartache and Poetry

Looking down at my writing pad, I know my poetry is quite unique. Like bombs over Baghdad, this poem needs to grace the pages of Newsweek! I'm sexier than Sinbad, yet you weren't interested in my technique. Well, that's too bad, because you were just too damn weak. You weren't into me or my energy but hey, what can I say, it's all good! I gave you my heart in my poetry and you weren't even a member of the brotherhood. You were a poet of a lesser class and yet it did not matter to me. But it's cool, you're the fool with a heart of glass, so kneel before my royalty! Let this pen chastise you for your sin and cause you immense heartache and pain. I hope you never find "love" again, and the next guy makes you go insane! Maybe if you hadn't been so close minded, love would have taken you beyond the hemisphere. But you were too damn blinded to see I could have been Lancelot to your Guinevere! I think I look too good for you and you're just intimidated. No matter what you say or do, my love you've now assassinated! My love would have been bliss with each kiss but you've now lost me. It's too late, this is my fate, so I give you heartache and poetry!!! *wrote for a poet

your line where you express the close-minded, and how they don't consider the fact that love can be found in any person they walk, and anywhere.im a truly open-minded person.and i agree with every word you said there. you probably are too good for who ever this is about. take care, Jimmy. ~Always&Forever Lynette
