Heartache

Im choked up with nothing but
tears
Humiliated
as you bring to light all my fears.
I have so many thoughts but i cant
seem to speak
Desperation consumes my mind
As i search hard to find some peace
My scattered thoughts run wild
Preventing me from any sleep
So im stuck in thiss bubble ive
created
But a way out is all i seek
Filled with nothing but self inflixted
sorrow
As i acknowledge your no longer in
love with me
Constant aching
And no matter what i do
I cant escape it
