Waiting for...

Your poem reminds me that life is not always easy. Things familiar can become "restrictive" and even painful. I could feel the emotion in your words. Well done.

Hey Doris, this is a wicked little poem, packed with feeling. Tokens of happiness can take on such a different role when a relationship turns sour. It's funny also, that all the quirky things you found attractive, become the very things that really annoy, hehe. Hope that waiting is rewarded with something special. Many thanks for all your lovely comments ~ Sharon :)
