Heart Like the Sun

To have a heart like the sun Kind you must be, Blinding to see, not hiding how you feel, Displaying only what is real No regard, no concern for what they appeal because you yearn to have a heart like the sun They cannot feast on your soft soul You on your own can make whole You are half of nothing, no cotton jassid can suck your passion that burns like acid Your love has not rested You’ll find you’re the best when you shine and again they’ll go blind when the light line from your chest and behind shows that you have a Heart like the sun.
