Heart Confusion

I HAVE PAINS IN MY HEART BUT I DONT KNOW WHY..... MY HEART IS TROUBLED.. I HAVE THAT ANGER AND HATRED WHEN L TALK TO YOU. YOU KEEP ME THINKING BUT OF WHAT I DONT KNOW.. I FILL I HAVE TO YOU SOMETHING BUT I TRULY DONT KNOW WHAT I HAVE TO SAY.. AM CONFUSED AM IRRITATED,FULL OF ANNOYANCE I DONT KNOW THE PROBLEM BUT I KNOW I WILL HEAL.... I FEEL I CAN JUST BE ALONE AND CRY OUT LOUD.. AND BE IN MY OWN WORLD AND NEVER COME BACK AGAIN IN MY WORLD I MIGHT GET THE ANSWERS I WANT NOR NEED. I FEEL I CAN TALK TO SOMEONE BUT ABOUT WHAT I TRULY DONT KNOW, WHO SHALL UNDERSTAND HOW HOW I FEEL? I NEED TO VOICE OUT...I WANT TO TALK...MY HEART IS TROUBLED I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO AND TO SAY BUT I DO HAVE PAINS ,PAINS THAT ARE NOT EASILY HEALED...

Good poem. It is harsh to be in that state in life but in life we always have someone to talk to in our low moments. Sometimes we recognize these people but we have no guts to entrust ourselves to them but if we give it a time we warm up to them, speak to them and get relief. I hope you will get the courage to say what you want to say to the person you want to say something to.
