Heart Broken

My face may hold a smile, but my heart holds a frown. Broken pieces from a shattered heart fills the craving ground. A light shines below, but my mind and body show no glow. The moon arises at the dead of night. The sun comes up to a new day so, so bright, but I am left in darkness no light to my day. Sorrow fills through my narrow, little pathway. I show no happiness, no hunger for love. For my heart has been broken way to much. Only the nicest of souls can heal my many pains. Only the love from a pure heart can have my heart and trust gained.
