Heart Beats

My heart was cold as stone,
But then it started to race.
When I heard you on the phone,
And when I saw your face.

My heart always skips a beat,
When you sing to me.
I cant wait till we meet,
And set ourselves free.

I haven't felt this,
In such a long time.
Waiting for that kiss,
And always on my mind.
