Heart

Want an heart attack?
Thought is Scary! isn't it?
The biggest problem -
heart will keep working until
it just can't. We may survive
but repaired heart 
never works like actual.
Eat heart friendly food.
Do regular exercise.
You owe it to family!

Jennifer Proxenos March 6, 2021 at 6:47 AM My Doctor had a heart attack in his early fifties but survived it and exercises and has lost weight. A stroke is worst, it always leaves you with something to remember it by. Eating correctly and exercising is everything. Well penned Rama, Hugs and blessings, Jennifer. Jennifer.
