Heard By the Lord

I want to be heard by the Lord, I want Him to listen to my every word, To receive this my heartfelt prayer, I need to know that He is there. I shout my words o’er roaring seas, Hear me oh Lord please hear me. Help me to find a way to peace My words are blown away, with which I make my pleas. I shout my words o’er howling winds, Hear me oh Lord please hear me. Help me oh Lord for I have sinned, My words are blown away, on which my hopes are pinned. I shout my words by gales they’re tossed Hear me oh Lord please hear me. I climb a hill for I am lost I remember Calvary and think of the cross.
