Hear the Tree For the Forest

Alive -
The Tree speaks
Through it’s bark.

Truth -
Another death
Among a forest
Of regret.

Listen -
Do you hear the chainsaws?
Do you see the bird’s nest?
Can you breath without air?

Think -
It knows the cure
To our diseases.
Our planet’s Lungs.

Dead -
It can’t tell you
As a Table.
