Sanitation and Health The Sanitation Department merely manages our waste It will not teach us to reduce the output (advising, “Eat less!”) The Health system manages our obesity & diseases; It will not teach us to prevent diseases, prevent obesity - (unless it can start another symptoms-managing scheme) So there is a similarity with health and waste (O crap!)
