Healing the Past

Life, seemingly lost Still feel the past before me I can linger there too long Hurtful pain starts there I cry to let it all out I now search for healing touch

Well spoken my friend, it can be all too easy to linger there but life is always waiting for us to return to the present.

Enjoyed reading this one..Sometimes we need healing to be able to go on into the future..Healing of the past is different for all people as is working through grief over the loss of someone or ones special..I am glad that I chose this one to read this eve..Sara

Tibetans believe in karma, that when you suffer you are erasing bad karmic deeds, meaning you should also be joyful that you are getting closer to enlightenment. I believe that all the main religions have part of the total reality of the why!

The tears are a good form of catharsis, Russell. Writing about the pain seems to help a great deal too. I was very moved by your poem. Many people can relate to this desire to find a "healing touch." Love, Carolyn
